Rockefeller Michael Yuliang Sun: Mr. Sun received an MBA from Tsinghua University, and an LLM from the University of Natal in South Africa and, in 2003, a diploma from the EU-China WTO Legal Experts Seminar. Mr. Sun is executive director of Qingdao Morning Capital Management Co., Ltd., where the capital under management is more than ten billion RMB. He has over twenty years experience of investment. He also help big companies to deal with the legal affairs and public relationship when they want to invest in China.
Mr. Sun is an expert in international M&A and has acted as an advisor on more than 100 acquisitions undertaken by Chinese companies abroad and in excess of 50 acquisitions by foreign companies of mainland China enterprises.
Mr Sun also acts as a director of M&A Committee of Shandong Asset Management Association. He helps many domestic enterprises for IPO in Hong Kong, US and Europe and thus accumulates abundant experience on IPO consultancy.
Mr. Sun is familiar with overseas study and immigration work. He has helped many wealthy children get into top universities.
Mr. Sun is conversant in Chinese and English.
