Morgan Jones and Partners Organizes Development of a Custom Leadership Education Program for China’s Minsheng Bank
China Mingsheng Banking Corporation Limited is focusing on executive education in an entirely new way. After hiring the team of Morgan Jones and Partners, LLC, they will steadily be launching a highly personalized educational program, that includes recent successful training courses in the US. This collaboration, in congruence with Harvard University Business School and the Institute for Financial Markets, will systematically assist, design and manage a custom Executive Education Program for fast rising and future senior executives. China Mingsheng Banking Cooperation was founded by Jing Shuping, a Chinese lawyer and businessman who believed firmly in spreading knowledge of commerce and professionalism onward to the next generation as the foundation of accelerated growth, expansion and development. The success of this project was clearly seen on November 17 – 23, 2013, when efforts culminated in a week long, one-of-a-kind “Financial Markets Executive Leadership Program” at the Harvard Business School in Boston. This incomparable experience was directed under acclaimed professor Antanth Raman as Faculty Chair, and was followed by a four-day custom “Advanced Derivatives Market Education Program” with the Institute for Financial Markets. This exclusive event was held within the Wall Street Financial District in New York City, at Pace University’s Downtown Conference Center over November 24 – 27, 2013. Mr. Kevin Baldwin, Director of Education at Institute For Financial Markets, and adjunct faculty at New York University’s School, chaired the enlightening training. Additionally, the “Fast Rising Stars” management delegation was lead by Ms. Nancy Bin Li, PhD- President of Financial Markets and Assistant President of China Minsheng Banking Cooperation Limited.
