Winterthur and Zug, Switzerland –(BUSINESS WIRE)– ADHOCO, AG. a global leader in advanced “adaptive” residential shelter and home automation, controls and lifestyle management products, systems and services based in Winterthur, Switzerland , announced that it has signed an exclusive joint venture agreement with Sun Enterprise Group, Ltd. of Beijing, China.
The joint venture with Sun Enterprise Group, a new e-generation integrated services platform and“MAKETING ENGINE” was arranged by MORGAN JONES and Partners AG. of Zug, Switzerland. MORGAN JONES has further been engaged by ADHOCO as strategic growth capital advisors as well as to lead, manage and advise the Company in strategy, planning, further channel and distribution network and consumer electronics manufacture alliances in China.
Mr. Kenneth Roland Jones, Managing Partner of MORGAN JONES and Partners, AG. was lead negotiator in the weeklong discussions, resulting in the joint venture and market development agreement by and between Adhoco, AG. and Sun Enterprise Group.
