Alois was trained in the hospitality Industry at the finest hotel and restaurant management schools in Switzerland and served in various prestigious roles as chef, executive chef, maître d’ hotel and general manager in properties from New Zealand to the Multi-Star Restaurant St. Moritz in the USA, before returning to his native Switzerland to open the renowned Restaurant Weisse Rossil in Mettmenstetten.
